Our basic home watch service consists of weekly personal inspections of your home to ensure that everything is functioning as usual while you are away. Our other enhanced services provide you with one point of contact to handle any unexpected events when you cannot attend to things yourself.
My family owned rental properties, so I grew up helping with the family business. I learned early on that proper maintenance of homes kept the tenant happy and kept the properties attractive.
My wife, Wendi, and I operate as a team and our 35+ years of experience will ensure you have peace of mind while you are away from home. We have looked after properties in Canada and the USA over the decades.
We also have extensive experience and interest in co-captaining and crewing boats. We have crewed and co-captained yachts between Ontario and Florida and on the Great Lakes. We also take pride in boat detailing.
